As a Christian grandparent of a “little man” who is loves these giants, I want to encourage his love and interest but I don’t want to teach him non-biblical lies.
I want him to learn truth, God’s truth, which isn’t easy because most books and resources on the market teach evolution and “millions of years ago”.
So, what are parents and grandparents to do? How do we teach truth alongside teaching about dinosaurs?
I have answers! Through my journey of research, I’ve found some wonderful resources that will teach our kids about dinos while not teaching lies, but rather truth.
Here are several books that I’ve purchased and read. They are filled with beautiful illustrations, are easy to understand and complete with biblical truth…

Dinosaurs for Kids
Peek inside a dinosaur egg, discover what dinosaurs really ate, and learn how dinosaurs are part of God’s plan – all in this highly visual and fun fact-packed book!

Dinosaurs of Eden: Did Adam and Noah Live with Dinosaurs?
Did you know that we have a written record of the history of the universe, past, present, and future, from One who sees and knows everything? The infinite Creator of the universe made sure that all the most important events of history were recorded in a special series of books that together make up one book, the Bible. Using the Bible, we can actually read about the past (enabling us to correctly understand what we observe in the present in this world), and the future!

Guide to Dinosaurs
Dinosaurs were amazing creatures. From the time the first dinosaur bones were unearthed, the story of these unusual animals has captivated both the young and old. We continue to learn more about them from the fossil record, but there are still many questions:
- How do dinosaurs fit with the Bible?
- Are they really millions of years old?
- Did they live at the same time as humans?
- Were there dinosaurs on Noah’s Ark?
- How did they go extinct?
Along with books, I’ve found resources that are instantly downloadable and ready to print at WriteBonnieRose.com.
